Pilatus Rosti @ Wursthans Switzerland



Located at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall), Wursthans Switzerland offers Swiss style food items, and YumzYumz tried their Pilatus Rosti. Here is what we reviewed how we thought of it.

A thick and generously portioned grilled chicken schnitzel and a huge pile of creamy sauté mushroom. The chicken was grilled really nicely with crispy charred skin. The chicken thigh was slightly dry, but still tender to every bite.

With the creamy mushroom sauce over poured over, it was a nice combination with the savoury chicken. Mushroom was soft and yet still retains its fleshy and meaty texture.

The rosti was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and most importantly not overtly oily.

Priced at $19.90, Wursthans Switzerland's grilled chicken mushroom rosti is priced nicely and tasted really satisfying.
