But as usual, we got their dried version, so that we can have a comparison of their dried and soup on the sides. There was a variety of ingredients provided. 2 fishballs that were bouncy and chewy, probably handmade. 1 meatball which was mundane and probably factory made, 1 mixed fishball type with chili peels and spring onion within, probably handmade, and some slices of fishcakes which had quite a bite to them. Appearance can be deceiving, and so was this bowl marvelously crafted masterpiece. Taste was intense, yet mellow. Intense with the richness of its stock, rice grains, and thoroughly cleansed large intestines, for no foul smell was detected. Chunky and chewy large intestines were buried within its aromatic creamy and deep flavoured fried porridge.
