Curry Chicken Noodles @ Ji Ji Noodle House

Where to eat curry chicken noodles? With a few options at Hong Lim, we tried out Ji Ji Noodle House's curry chicken noodles for this food review.

Curry was thick and almost creamy, not too runny, with light spiciness and savoury, not the same as the sweet variant of Ah Heng Curry Chicken.

Ji Ji noodle house's curry is the type of curry you need to have with toasted bread for the ultimate dipping. But since they are a Noodle House and there isn't any bread, we had to settle for Ji Ji's springy chewy awesomlicious noodles. Curry held on well on the noodles for the slurping satisfaction.

Chicken chunks were chopped up chicken drumstick, with lots of tenderlicious flesh and gooey skin/fats. The other stuff included were taupok soaked through with the thick spicy curry, and of course wedges of soft yummy potatoes.

If you need extra spiciness, add in their chili sauce on the side for the needed punch.

Priced from $4.50 , $5.50, $6.50, $8.50, we got the smallest size but felt like it was quite alot. Can't imagine how huge will $8.50 be. ^^

A nicely portioned bowl of curry chicken noodles with satisfying quality of curry and chicken, Ji Ji Noodle House's curry chicken noodles is definitely a recommended choice.

Hunan Pork Belly at Xiang Xiang Hunan: Crunchy, Spicy, and Lip-Smacking Good

You know a dish is that good when you keep coming back for it. And that’s exactly what happened on our third visit to Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine 湘香湖南菜 —this time at AMK Hub. We already had high expectations from our past experiences, but once again, their Hunan pork belly blew us away. View this post on Instagram A post shared by YumzYumz.com (@yumzyumzsg) What Makes This Hunan Pork Belly Stand Out? First off, let’s talk about the star of the show: their Hunan stir fry pork , made with a heavenly combo of Iberico pork belly and lean pork. It’s a dish that really brings out the spirit of Hunan cooking—bold, fragrant, slightly spicy, and loaded with green pepper aromatics. The pork belly is wonderfully fatty and tender, with that unmistakable richness that Iberico pork is known for. The lean pork adds a nice balance so it doesn’t get overly unctuous. And then there's the rabbit ear fungus. Yes, rabbit ear fungus—also known as Mu Er or Yunnan black fungus . It...

A cozy little restaurant stall tucked in the basement, it promises authentic Korean noodles and hearty comfort food that feels straight out of a Seoul street market. We visited over the weekend for dinner and decided to go big. Two combo sets—Combo A and Combo B—meant we could try six different dishes, including their famous bibim noodles , which definitely deserved the spotlight.
